Falcon Vehicle Solutions is a vehicle hire business which
operates from two locations in Somerset, Bridgwater & Taunton. With an ever
growing fleet we provide all vehicles from small cars and vans to HGV’s, specializing in both short term and long term contract hire.
We are currently looking to recruit a positive, organised and
passionate new Co-ordinator to join our team in Bridgwater. The role will be based with both our workshop
and rental departments supporting the existing workshop manager and rental
The role will see you undertake the follow tasks –
Support the busy rental office with
quotes, bookings, rentals, returns and inspections
Driving revenue through additional
sales, workshop and MOT bookings
Dealing with Queries from corporate
customers regarding maintenance of vehicles
Administration of all damage claims
and traffic violation recharges.
Manage vehicle downtime to reduce
costs of maintenance
Ensure our HGV customers are provided
necessary compliance documents
Support our bodyshop technician
and external suppliers to schedule
Falcon Vehicle solutions is a growing business and a

The position includes working Saturday mornings and
breakdown phone support both on a 1 in 3 rota.
You will need the following –
Full UK Driving Licence
Happy to work in a team and
Have experience of providing excellent
Be able to work in a fast-paced, ever
High standards of organisation
Excellent verbal and written
A strong understanding of Microsoft
office and ability to learn internal systems
